REQUEST A FILE

Please ensure you request your files prior to your recording session, allowing us sufficient time to prepare and save them to your preferred media type before your departure.

Your track files remain your property, we make every effort to store and back them up securely.

1. Social Music House retains credit for all recordings.
2. DAW session templates are exclusive to our studio and staff and will not be provided.
3. All files will be consolidated, starting and ending simultaneously.
4. All files will consist of the original unmixed raw takes.
5. Only active files from the most recent session will be provided unless specified otherwise.
6. Files will be exported at 48 kHz / 24-bit Interleaved unless otherwise specified.

We charge a small fee for the preparation & delivery of your files. Please allow up to 48 hours for your request.
