STUDIO POLICY

1. SMH Studios is open 7 days a week, by appointment only.
2. All studio time must be paid in full in order to book a session.
3. We accept CashApp payments, Venmo, Paypal, and Debit/Credit Cards.
4. Cash paid can be accepted 24 hours prior to a session.
5. This is not a “walk-in” Studio, you MUST schedule a session.
6. Social Music House is a private studio and is by invitation only.
7. SMH Studios is not obligated to refund or pro rate sessions for lateness or no shows.
8. 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
9. For rescheduling without penalty of loss of session credit, contact a staff member at LEAST 24 hours before your appointment
10. If sufficient notice is given, the studio time will be saved as a credit for future studio use.
11. There are no refunds on studio time paid.
12. All payments are final, booking deposits are non-Refundable.
13. It is the clients responsibility to be on time, sessions will start & end at the times scheduled.
14. It is the clients responsibility to make sure enough time is reserved to take copies of their files WITHIN their session time.
15. If a client needs their files, for whatever reason, please fill out a File Request Form.
16. No smoking inside building property, we have designated smoke areas for our guests to enjoy.
17. We do not condone the use of illegal substances or firearms on or around the premises.
18. SMH Studios reserves the right to ask you and your group to leave if we believe you are under the influence of illegal substances or in possession of firearms or weapons.
19. If a crime is committed on premises it is the sole responsibility of the person who paid for the recording session. 
20. We are not responsible for any damages to persons or personal properties, stolen items, intellectual property or other liabilities.
